Clinical skills lab and lecture rooms available for hire in Central London
Our purpose-built clinical skills labs and lecture rooms have been designed to provide a professional learning experience and can be exclusively hired for either day or evening events seven days a week. From hosted venue hire to full turnkey solutions we are here to help with whatever your theory and practical attendance course needs are.
Our friendly team are happy to aid in planning your event in advance and will be present on the day to host and provide any support you may need. The modern meeting area or clinical skills lab can also be hired on their own for meetings, events, photoshoots and filming – it has featured in a number of films in the past!

Location
The Clinical Skills Lab is based at Manor Place in Kennington, an accessible Central London location which can be easily reached by both public transport and car.
The venue is a short walk from both Elephant and Castle and Kennington underground stations both of which are one stop away from London Waterloo train station, with Kings Cross and Euston stations also less than 20 minutes away.
Description
Facilities available:
- Clinical skills lab with 7 surgical stations, all equipped with Eickemeyer adjustable operating tables, saddle stools, surgical lights and general surgical instrument sets.
- Wet lab lecture space with 48″ plasma screen adjacent to the skills lab.
- Dry lab area with wooden work benches.
- Bespoke open plan meeting room, equipped with a 60” plasma screen and seating for up to 30 delegates, alongside a breakout space that is perfect for serving meals or refreshments.
- Dentistry equipment, microscopes and ultrasound machines are available to hire on request.
