Veterinary Behaviourist and Co-Founder of Pet Behaviour Company
Miri is a veterinary behaviourist and co-founder of the Pet Behaviour Company. She also continues to work as a vet in general practice at the Veterinary Hospital in Lincoln.
Miri qualified as a vet from Cambridge University in 2014 and started her career at a referral and first opinion hospital practice in West Yorkshire. She soon realized how important animal behaviour was to veterinary practice and moved to Lincoln to pursue this further. She was awarded an MSc with distinction in Clinical Animal Behaviour from the University of Lincoln in 2019 and obtained her CCAB qualification for dogs in 2020. She is a Clinical Animal Behaviourist and Veterinary Behaviourist registered with the ABTC. Miri launched Pet Behaviour Company with her colleague Lynn Hewison to provide tailored behaviour support to clients on veterinary referral.
At home she has a wonderful 16 month old baby boy, the latest addition to her madhouse family which also includes two very handsome dogs, Pecan the whippet and Wyn the terrier-of-unknown-origin.
