Heather qualified as a Veterinary Nurse at Stonelion Veterinary Hospital in 2013.

Shortly after qualifying she moved to North Downs Specialist Referrals and completed her VetsNow certificate in Emergency and Critical Care and BVNA certificate in Wound Management. Heather was a static surgical nurse for her final 3 years at NDSR, managing the surgical ward and overseeing open wound patient care.

Heather moved to VetsNow as an emergency and critical care nurse in 2021 and is currently Head of Clinical Nursing for VetsNow.
