Denise Tonry

Denise Tonry was born in Ireland and she graduated from University College Dublin in 2014. After qualifying she moved to England and has worked in Fitzpatrick Referrals Orthopaedic and Neurology referral practice since then.

As a senior nurse, during the last three years, she has been exposed to a variety of patients ranging from surgical site wounds, open fractures, degloving injuries and surgical site infections allowing her to develop her skills in wound management.

She has a certificate in anaesthesia and is currently partaking in a certificate in emergency and critical care. One of her passions is anaesthesia and analgesia, this was one of her roles in her previous position now focusing on post-operative care of orthopaedic and neurology patients.
