Gastrointestinal disease is a major cause of patient admittance to the hospital, with a proportion of patients requiring advanced and intensive nursing care.
A veterinary nurse’s involvement in these cases can be anything from giving specific advice on the phone through to intensive nursing care of a pancreatitis case or a septic patient. The aim of this event with Nicola Lakeman is to prepare you for it all!
